Job summary

Freeport-McMoRan Morenci is seeking a Mercantile Team Lead - Restaurant and Bar to manage guest relations, supervise staff, and drive sales and marketing initiatives at our Morenci, AZ operation. You will forecast supply and demand, coordinate activities, and help ensure profitability while maintaining high standards of service.

The role requires at least three years of related experience (or equivalent) and a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• At least three years of previous experience related to position OR an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field

• Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, procedures, and safety standards
