Job summary

Reser’s is seeking a Production Supervisor in our Topeka, KS facility to provide leadership for a team involved in food production. You will plan schedules, set expectations, train staff, and monitor performance to meet production goals.

The role requires 2–5 years of manufacturing supervision, high school diploma, and willingness to work evenings/weekends. English/Spanish bilingual a plus with strong safety and quality focus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years manufacturing supervision experience.
• Food industry experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Evening/weekend availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates production activities to meet goals.
• Sets expectations, trains and mentors team, monitors performance.
• Prioritizes work and removes barriers to objectives.
• Collaborates with Quality, Distribution, Safety and other functions.
• Ensures compliance with FDA, HACCP, SQF, OSHA and safety regulations.
• Prepares production reports and maintains documentation.
• Focuses on customer satisfaction, internal or external.
