• Ensures menu items are prepared and presented properly in a sanitary manner per procedures.
• Manages staffing, training, and performance reviews for dining room personnel.
• Oversees payroll, cash handling, and operating expenses; communicates system issues.
• Attends unit management meetings and helps meet established objectives.
