Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Internal promotion preferred after completing training.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and flexible hours across shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate cash registers and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of front and back of house.
• Restock inventory and assist with duties as needed.
• Manage shifts and ensure fair scheduling.
• Coach and develop team members and report issues.
