Job summary

HMSHost in Las Vegas is seeking a Manager II to assist branch management in executing complex QSR or Casual Dine operations. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, staffed, and operating to high standards, while applying company policies to guide daily decisions.

The role requires solid F&B experience, supervisory background, and the ability to adapt to varied shifts. You will report to upper management and participate in scheduling, safety compliance, and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years in food and beverage, cash handling and customer service.
• Requires at least 2 years supervisory or lead experience in Casual Dine or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, policy documents, and converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within the unit.
• Ensures compliance with alcohol policies and AB procedures.
• Participates in interviewing and provides input on hiring decisions.
• Assists in preparing schedules and ensures shifts are covered.
• Monitors mandated rest breaks and meal periods.
• Maintains clean, stocked, and visually appealing displays.
• Checks equipment for proper operation.
• Operates cash register and handles cash per policies.
• Monitors wellness and safety procedures and reports concerns.
• Adheres to Health and Safety standards.
• Places orders and receives goods, processes invoices.
• Maintains current contact information for associates.
