Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and aware of state and federal labor laws.
• Ability to train crew and communicate expectations clearly.
• Familiarity with Wendy’s systems (WeLearn) and food-safety standards (ServSafe).

Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs by evaluating needs against sales during shifts.
• Promote customer satisfaction to build sales and profits.
• Monitor inventory, prep, and production to control costs and waste.
• Train crew on service, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
• Direct shifts to meet SOS goals and maintain first-rate service.
• Maintain cash and equipment security; follow health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure standards per Operations Manual and company policies.
