Job summary

Fazoli's is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive growth, and ensure guest satisfaction through People.Sales.Profit.

You will support the General Manager in team development, sales initiatives in the community, and safeguarding profitability with strong leadership and compliance.

Candidates should have leadership experience in fast casual, be willing to work varied hours, and complete Fazoli's training including SERV Safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year as Assistant General Manager or equivalent in fast casual.
• Must complete Fazoli's training and SERV Safe.
• Available to work all restaurant hours (11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. or similar).

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in developing the restaurant team and meeting performance and financial goals.
• Build community relationships to generate in-house and off-premise sales.
• Help maximize profitability by enforcing policies, controls and safety.
