Job summary

Fazoli’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead a Fazoli’s restaurant toward growth and profitability. You will support the General Manager in team development, operations, and community engagement to drive guest satisfaction and financial results.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant GM or Assistant Manager experience for external candidates or internal advancement with recommendation.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• External candidates require 1 year as Assistant General Manager or similar.
• Internal candidates need 1 year as Fazoli’s Assistant Manager with approvals.
• Must complete Fazoli’s training and SERV Safe certification.
• Willingness to work all restaurant hours and transfer if needed.

• Build community relationships and partnerships to grow in-house and off-premises sales.
• Assist in maximizing profitability through effective management practices and cost controls.
