Job summary

Fazoli's is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in operating a Fazoli's restaurant, driving growth, and profitability through leadership and development of the team.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of AGMs experience (fast casual preferred), completion of Fazoli's training and SERV Safe certification, and flexibility to work all hours of restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-year previous Assistant General Manager experience required.
• All candidates must successfully complete Fazoli's training and SERV Safe certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in staff development and succession planning.
• Collaborate with GM to build community relationships and drive in-house and off-premises sales.
• Support profitability through effective management practices, controls, and safety policies.
• Coordinate scheduling, orders, and analysis of week ending results as directed by the GM.
