Fazoli's Career Center is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee operations and drive growth through People.Sales.Profit. You will support the GM in staffing, training, and execution of strategies to meet financial goals.

You will foster team development, build community partnerships for sales opportunities, and implement robust controls to maximize profits while ensuring a safe environment. Flexibility to work across locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• External Candidates: 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience required.
• Internal Candidates: 1 year as Fazoli's Assistant Manager with GM/Area Supervisor recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in developing restaurant team succession and bench strength.
• Build community relationships to generate sales and brand awareness.
• Maximize profitability through effective management practices and controls.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment for guests, team members and assets.
• Be flexible to transfer to other Fazoli's restaurants as needed.
