Job summary

sunday is seeking an Operations Manager in the Dallas area to deliver best-in-class restaurant partner support. You will own onboarding, activation, and ongoing success, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding-to-renewal journey.

This role reports to the US Operations Senior Manager and involves travel to partner sites as needed. Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in customer success or operations, with strong communication, organization, and analytical skills to

• Proven ability to onboard clients and drive adoption
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of restaurant partners as the primary point of contact
• Lead onboarding, training, and go-live to drive early adoption
• Provide high-quality support and resolve issues for partners
• Identify usage growth opportunities and drive product adoption
• Manage daily operational workflows and ensure timely completion
• Suggest data-driven process improvements based on hands-on experience
