Job summary

Carrabba’s Italian Grill in the United States is hiring a salaried restaurant manager to oversee operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will assist with staffing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring while maintaining high employment quality standards aligned with the Carrabba’s brand.

The role requires a minimum 3 years of salaried restaurant management experience in Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus, hands-on FOH and BOH, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of salaried restaurant management experience.
• Experience in Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience in both Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Availability for a flexible schedule and relocation within the assigned region.
• 21 years of age or older with legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring, while maintaining high employment quality standards.
• Actively participate in the career growth of hourly team members.
• Implement security protocols to ensure ongoing safety of employees and guests.
• Develop career paths for staff and promote internal advancement.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and laws; maintain health inspections.
• Provide direction and guidance to employees and participate as a member of the management team.
• Respond to guest comments and seek opportunities to grow guest counts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the entire menu and food preparation; engage with community opportunities.
