Job summary

Carrabba's Italian Grill is seeking a restaurant manager to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations with a focus on guest satisfaction. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of salaried restaurant management experience.
• Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment preferred.
• Hands-on experience in both FOH and BOH.
• Availability for a flexible schedule.
• 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to relocate within the assigned region.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Exposure to a scratch kitchen a plus.
• Computer skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Actively participate in the career growth of hourly team members.
• Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Develop Carrabbamico career paths and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and health standards.
• Provide direction and guidance to employees as part of the management team.
• Address guest comments to grow guest counts and empower staff.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the full menu and preparation.
• Engage in community and market opportunities for the restaurant.
