Job summary

Carrabba's Italian Grill, LLC is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to oversee daily operations of the front- and back-of-house activities. You will lead staffing, scheduling, and guest relations while maintaining high quality standards and safety compliance.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience in a restaurant, the ability to work a flexible schedule, and minimum age 21. Prior full-service management and food-safety certification are preferred, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Preferred: 1 year of full-service (including bar) restaurant management experience; food safety certification; willingness to relocate; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with staffing levels, scheduling, recruitment, and hiring to maintain high standards.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and company policies; ensure health inspections meet state standards.
• Respond to guest comments and build guest loyalty while upholding service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of the full menu and preparation standards; contribute to community and market-related opportunities.
