Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the restaurant operation and to build a strong team that delivers great food and a friendly guest experience. You will reinforce core values such as accountability and integrity while ensuring safe, quality service across all shifts.

This non-exempt management role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum 50-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
