Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Able to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce Border Foods core values and ensure staff uphold standards.
• Schedule and deploy the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Maintain POS system and verify pricing accuracy and updates.
• Ensure health and safety standards and regulatory compliance.
