Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quick-service restaurant or similar management operations.
• Basic food safety knowledge.
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 lbs.
• Flexible and open work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise non-management associates, assign work, coach and develop shift supervisors.
• Act in the absence of the General Manager and ensure smooth operations.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale during challenging periods.
• Show strong leadership and organizational skills and ensure policies are followed.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Manage cash and daily reports as directed.
• Resolve customer issues to build long-term relationships.
• Validate inventory data through spot counts and checks.
