Job summary

You will lead front-of-house teams, monitor service quality, resolve issues, and ensure safety and compliance while driving sales and controlling costs. Strong leadership, planning and communication are essential; experience in upscale clubs or venues is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' management experience in a full-service food and beverage/high-volume environment.
• TIPS or other alcohol certification required.
• Exemplary customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong planning and scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, quality standards and safety.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules based on forecasted volume; adjust as needed.
• Address service, food quality, and guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Lead front-of-house team training, performance feedback, and development.
• Monitor costs, drive sales opportunities, and enforce policies and procedures.
