Job summary

Areas USA in Miami is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Unit General Manager in running daily operations, upholding a strong service culture, and maintaining excellent guest experiences. You will supervise shifts, ensure compliance with Food & Beverage standards, and help achieve financial and operational goals.

The role requires 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to diversity and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong customer service mindset; adaptability to a diverse workforce.
• Ability to support leadership in achieving objectives and understand P&L basics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to deliver prompt, courteous service that meets brand standards.
• Monitor health, safety, and liquor regulations; enforce sanitation and safety policies.
• Assist in ordering supplies (food, beverages, smallware, chemicals, paper products).
• Resolve customer complaints using company policies; maintain guest satisfaction.
• Ensure staff follow dress code and service procedures; supervise training.
• Prepare required paperwork, invoices, and schedules; coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
