Job summary

Apploi in Miami is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and promote the business. You will organize catering services, dinners and events, and drive sales with fresh ideas while upholding service standards.

The role requires at least 5 years in fast-paced restaurants, strong hospitality leadership, financial awareness, and bilingual English/Spanish. You will oversee payroll, scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of restaurant management in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Broad understanding of financial aspects of the business.
• Open, flexible availability, able to work holidays and weekends.
• Well presented, hardworking, reliable and trustworthy.
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to speak, hear, understand, read, and write English and Spanish.
• Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and liquors and their proper service, with the ability to design pairings and cocktails to match food.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer queries and complaints.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Have manager food safety certification.
