Job summary

Atlas Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in running day-to-day operations, both front and back of house. This role involves supervising staff, overseeing budgets, payroll, banking, purchasing, and guest services to ensure a superior dining experience.

You will lead a team of supervisors, participate in forecasting, and contribute to marketing efforts while maintaining operational standards and costs.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and/or 2 to 5 years fine dining restaurant management experience.
• Knowledge of wines is beneficial.
• Knowledge of cocktails and spirits is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front and back of house in coordination with GM.
• Review daily invoices and manage restaurant financial records.
• Assist in wine and liquor ordering and inventory.
• Handle guest concerns and maintain company guidelines.
• Forecast daily/weekly sales and scheduling.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and enforce policies.
• Assist with reservations and guest payments.
• Engage in restaurant marketing and cost control.
