White Lodging is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading daily operations and training staff. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests and maintaining brand standards across F&B service.

You will oversee training, monitor morale, and help manage budgets and forecasting to maximize satisfaction and efficiency. This position emphasizes leadership, service excellence, and strong hands-on supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience leading daily restaurant operations in upscale venues.
• Proven ability to train staff and maintain brand standards.
• Strong knowledge of F&B cost controls and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Restaurant General Manager and oversee daily operations.
• Direct staff training to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor morale and motivation of F&B personnel.
• Ensure costs for food, liquor, wine, and beverages align with budget.
• Support forecast creation to optimize guest satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as required by leadership.
