Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Verbalize and clearly respond to Fans and Players.
• Stands/walks 100% of the shift.
• Lifts and carries up to 50lbs, up to 20 times per shift.
• Works in damp, hot work environment and near open flame.
• Uses sharp knives and utensils.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative duties including ordering, receiving, inventory, scheduling, and vendor invoice management.
• Source, interview, and hire candidates; train staff; delegate; evaluate; counsel; discipline as needed.
• Oversee daily financial responsibilities (cash handling, deposits; authorize comps/voids).
• Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints.
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facility to meet health standards.
• Assist in marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase business.
• Lead by example; mentor team and provide performance feedback.
