Primanti Bros. is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, ensure brand standards, and uphold health & safety compliance in Cranberry Township. You will oversee scheduling, inventory and vendor invoices while mentoring staff and supporting marketing efforts to grow the business.

The role requires strong English communication, ability to stand/walk the shift, and capacity to lift up to 50lbs; salary ranges from $59,000 to $68,000 USD per year.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Fans and Players.

Responsibilities

• Direct restaurant operations to ensure compliance with brand and health & safety standards.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and vendor invoice management.
• Source, interview, hire, train and mentor staff as needed.
• Oversee daily financial responsibilities (cash handling, deposits, comps/voids).
• Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints.
• Assist with marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase business.
• Lead by example and foster team development.
• Provide performance feedback and reviews for staff and support professional growth.
• Operate the restaurant with initiative and discretion.
• Perform duties of service staff when needed.
