Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar in Pittsburgh is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure brand and safety compliance, and drive strong financial performance.

You will lead the team, handle scheduling, hiring, training, inventory, and vendor relations while maintaining a fun, fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Salary ranges from $59,000 to $65,000 USD per year, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Fans and Players.
• Stands/walks 100% of the shift.
• Lifts and carries up to 50lbs, up to 20 times per shift.
• Works in damp, hot environments and with open flame.

Responsibilities

• Direct restaurant operations to ensure compliance with brand and health standards.
• Oversee daily financial responsibilities such as cash handling and deposits.
• Schedule, inventory, and vendor invoice management.
• Source, interview, hire, train and mentor Players; provide feedback.
• Rectify customer and Fan complaints and maintain service quality.
• Support marketing efforts and promotional campaigns to drive business.
