Responsibilities

• Assists with administrative duties, including ordering, receiving, inventory, scheduling, and vendor invoice management.
• Sources, interviews, hires, trains, and develops team members; delegates, guides, and disciplines as needed.
• Oversees daily financial responsibilities (cash handling, deposits, comps/voids).
• Investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints.
• Maintains equipment and facility to meet health and safety standards.
• Assists in marketing and promotional campaigns to boost business.
• Leads by example and mentors team members.
• Provides performance feedback and supports professional development.
• Collaborates with management and staff, using initiative and discretion.
• Rectifies Fan complaints.
• May perform duties of Service Assistant, Line Cook, Server, or Bartender.
