• Sources, interviews, and hires candidates; trains Players; delegates and reviews performance.
• Oversees daily financial responsibilities (cash handling, deposits, comps, voids).
• Investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints.
• Ensures health and safety standards and equipment maintenance.
• Assists in marketing strategy and promotional campaigns to boost business.
• Exemplifies company culture and mentors team.
• Delivers performance feedback and coaching.
• Works with management and Players with initiative and discretion.
• Rectifies Fan complaints.
• Operates computer systems and relevant software.
• May perform duties of Service Assistant, Line Cook, Server, or Bartender.
• Assists in other duties as needed.
