Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers help bring this vision to life every day for guests of their centers—and have a great time doing so. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is active, involving being on your feet, coordinating team members, and problem-solving in real time.

They assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center's management and take responsibility in the manager's absence, overseeing entertainment, Food & Beverage, and property maintenance. A key focus is guest satisfaction and team development. This role is a great stepping stone towards becoming a General Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Get a glimpse of all you’ll experience as a Restaurant/Hospitality Manager

• Make guests priority #1: Deliver exceptional service, gather feedback, and resolve complaints.

• Never stop improving: Hone operational skills, schedule staffing effectively to enhance guest experience.

• Take every opportunity: Execute marketing strategies to increase sales through leagues and open play bowling.

• Partner with leagues: Build relationships with league bowlers, manage league activities and communications.

• Assemble an all-star team: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff.

• Show off management skills: Lead and motivate the team, delegate tasks, leverage strengths.

• Drive Food & Beverage sales: Oversee and expand food and beverage offerings, ensure quality and staff training.

• Remain flexible: Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

Who You Are

You're committed, guest-focused, flexible, and a team player. You’re capable of supporting the center as needed, developing your team, and aiming to advance to a General Manager role.
