The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is active, requiring you to be on your feet, coordinate multiple team members, and solve problems in real time.
Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center's management. In the General Manager’s absence, they take responsibility for all center and floor management, including entertainment, Food & Beverage, and property and equipment oversight. Throughout their day-to-day duties, our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers maintain a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and focus on developing the team’s hourly staff. If you’ve ever considered becoming a General Manager at one of our centers, this role is an excellent stepping stone.
