Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers help bring this vision to life every day for guests of their centers—and have a great time doing so. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is active, requiring you to be on your feet, coordinate multiple team members, and solve problems in real time.

Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center's management. In the absence of the General Manager, they take responsibility for all center and floor operations, including entertainment, Food & Beverage, and property management. They are committed to guest satisfaction and developing the team’s hourly staff. This role is a great stepping stone towards becoming a General Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  1. Prioritize Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional service, gather feedback, and resolve complaints.
  2. Continuous Improvement: Hone operational skills, optimize staffing, and enhance guest experience.
  3. Capitalize on Business Opportunities: Execute marketing strategies to increase sales through leagues and open play bowling.
  4. Partner with Leagues: Maintain relationships with league bowlers and manage league-related administrative tasks.
  5. Build a Talented Team: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff.
  6. Effective Leadership: Motivate and influence the team, delegate tasks, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  7. Drive Food & Beverage Sales: Oversee F&B operations, maintain quality standards, and foster a sales-oriented culture.
  8. Maintain Flexibility: Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

WHO YOU ARE

You are committed, guest-focused, flexible, and a team player. You can support the center as needed, develop your team’s talents, and aim to advance to a General Manager role.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • 2+ Years Management Experience in food service or related fields
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to supervise staff
  • Strong team and people development skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of POS systems

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Walking, standing, bending, and lifting in an entertainment setting.

The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000 annually.
