The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is active, requiring you to be on your feet, coordinate multiple team members, and solve problems in real time.

Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center's management. In the absence of the General Manager, they take responsibility for all center and floor management, covering entertainment, Food & Beverage, and the property's overall maintenance. Throughout their day-to-day activities, they maintain a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and focus on developing the team’s hourly staff. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  1. Make Guests Priority #1
  2. Deliver exceptional service, gather feedback, and resolve complaints
  1. Continuous Improvement
  2. Optimize operations, schedule staff effectively, and enhance the guest experience
  1. Seize Business Opportunities
  2. Implement marketing strategies to drive sales through leagues, open play, etc.
  1. Partner with Leagues
  2. Maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league activities and administration
  1. Build an All-Star Team
  2. Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff
  1. Demonstrate Management Skills
  2. Lead, motivate, delegate, and leverage team strengths for guest satisfaction and productivity
  1. Drive Food & Beverage Sales
  2. Oversee F&B operations, ensure quality, and promote sales culture
  1. Remain Flexible
  2. Work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed

WHO YOU ARE

You’re ready to step in for the General Manager when needed, possess strong guest service and communication skills, and are flexible with extended hours. You’re a team player, dedicated to staff development, and eager to advance to a General Manager role.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • 2+ years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to supervise staff
  • Strong team player and people developer
  • Customer service expertise
  • Knowledge of POS systems

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Entertainment environment involving walking, bending, standing, and lifting with assistance

The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000 annually.
