The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is active, requiring you to be on your feet, coordinate multiple team members, and solve problems in real time.

Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center's management. In the General Manager’s absence, they take responsibility for all center operations, including entertainment, Food & Beverage, and property management. They maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction and team development. If you're interested in becoming a General Manager, this role is a great starting point.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  1. Prioritize Guest Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional service, gather feedback, and resolve complaints.
  2. Continuous Improvement: Hone operational skills, manage staffing, and optimize guest experience.
  3. Identify Business Opportunities: Execute marketing strategies to increase sales through leagues, open play, etc.
  4. Partner with Leagues: Develop relationships with league bowlers and manage related administrative duties.
  5. Build a Talented Team: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff.
  6. Exhibit Management Skills: Lead, motivate, delegate, and leverage team strengths.
  7. Drive Food & Beverage Sales: Oversee F&B operations, ensure quality, and train staff.
  8. Maintain Flexibility: Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

WHO YOU ARE:

You are ready to step in for the General Manager when needed, with strong guest service and communication skills. You are flexible, team-oriented, and eager to develop your team, aiming to advance to a General Manager role.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • 2+ years management experience in food service or related operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to supervise staff
  • Strong team player and people developer
  • Customer service expertise
  • Knowledge of POS systems

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Entertainment environment requiring walking, standing, bending, and lifting with assistance.

The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
