Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers help bring this vision to life every day for guests of their centers—and have a great time doing so. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is active, requiring you to be on your feet, coordinate multiple team members, and solve problems in real time.

Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center's management. In the absence of the General Manager, they oversee all center operations, including entertainment, Food & Beverage, and property maintenance. They are committed to guest satisfaction and developing the team’s hourly staff. This role is a great stepping stone towards becoming a General Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

1. Prioritize Guest Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional service, solicit feedback, and resolve guest complaints effectively.
2. Continuous Improvement: Hone operational skills, manage staffing levels, and enhance the guest experience.
3. Maximize Business Opportunities: Implement marketing strategies to drive sales through leagues, open play, etc.
4. Partner with Leagues: Maintain relationships with league bowlers, manage league formats, and handle administrative duties.
5. Build a Talented Team: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule center staff.
6. Exhibit Management Skills: Lead, motivate, delegate, and leverage team strengths to ensure satisfaction and productivity.
7. Manage Food & Beverage: Oversee F&B operations, maintain quality standards, and promote sales.
8. Maintain Flexibility: Work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

WHO YOU ARE

As a committed team member, you’re ready to step in for the General Manager when needed. You possess strong guest service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Flexibility to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays is essential. You’re a team player, great at developing talent, with aspirations to become a General Manager.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• 2+ Years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to supervise staff
• Strong team leadership and people development skills
• Customer service expertise
• Knowledge of POS systems
