The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is active, requiring you to be on your feet, coordinate multiple team members, and solve problems in real time.
Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center's management. In the absence of the General Manager, they oversee all center operations, including entertainment, Food & Beverage, and property maintenance. They are committed to guest satisfaction and developing the team’s hourly staff. This role is a great stepping stone towards becoming a General Manager.
As a committed team member, you’re ready to step in for the General Manager when needed. You possess strong guest service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Flexibility to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays is essential. You’re a team player, great at developing talent, with aspirations to become a General Manager.
