First Watch Managers are passionate about mornings, serving others, and delivering excellent customer service. They coach and develop team members, oversee both kitchen and dining operations, and embody our core values to create a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and embody our You First culture and values
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and meet high standards
• Follow and uphold food sourcing and recipe standards
• Achieve and exceed sales and traffic goals
• Implement and monitor the First Watch Five Steps of Service
• Act on the 10 Commandments in daily operations
• Respond promptly to customer and employee concerns
• Manage maintenance and repair issues
• Maintain food safety certifications and coach safe food handling
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
• Protect company assets and equipment
• Understand roles within the restaurant and intervene in inappropriate behavior
• Train, develop, and recognize team members
• Manage revenues and deposits accurately
• Complete administrative duties timely
