The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is active, involving coordination of team members and problem-solving in real time.

Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center’s management. In the General Manager’s absence, they assume responsibility for center operations, including entertainment, Food & Beverage, and property management. They maintain a focus on guest satisfaction and team development. This role is a great stepping stone toward becoming a General Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Prioritize guest satisfaction: Deliver exceptional service, gather feedback, and resolve complaints.
• Continuous improvement: Hone operational skills, schedule staffing, and enhance guest experience.
• Maximize business opportunities: Execute marketing strategies to increase sales, such as leagues and open play bowling.
• Develop league relationships: Maintain good relations with league bowlers and manage administrative duties.
• Build a talented team: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff.
• Lead and motivate: Influence team performance, delegate tasks, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Drive Food & Beverage sales: Oversee and expand the F&B program, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction.
• Work flexibility: Be available for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
