Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers help bring this vision to life every day for guests of their centers—and have a great time doing so. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is active, requiring you to be on your feet, coordinate multiple team members, and solve problems in real time.

Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center's management. In the absence of the General Manager, they take responsibility for all center operations, including entertainment, Food & Beverage, and property maintenance. They maintain a focus on guest satisfaction and team development. If you're interested in becoming a General Manager, this role is a great starting point.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  1. Make Guests Priority #1: Deliver exceptional service, gather feedback, and resolve guest complaints.
  2. Continuous Improvement: Hone operational skills, manage staffing levels, and enhance guest experience.
  3. Capitalize on Business Opportunities: Implement marketing strategies to increase sales through leagues, open play, etc.
  4. Partner with Leagues: Build relationships with league bowlers and manage league-related activities.
  5. Build a Talented Team: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff.
  6. Demonstrate Management Skills: Lead, motivate, delegate, and leverage team strengths.
  7. Drive Food & Beverage Sales: Oversee F&B operations, ensure quality, and foster sales growth.
  8. Remain Flexible: Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
Who You Are

You are committed, guest-focused, flexible, and a team player. You support the center operations, develop your team, and aspire to advance to a General Manager role.

Desired Skills:
  • 2+ Years Management Experience in food service or related fields
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to supervise staff
  • Strong team leadership and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of POS systems
Work Environment / Physical Demands
  • Walk, stand, bend, and lift objects in an entertainment environment.
