Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching staff, managing budgets and inventory, and maintaining safety and compliance while delivering a consistent guest experience that reflects the Papa John's brand.

Qualifications

• Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products to customers by building a system of quality with team members and reflecting the customer order accurately.
• Actively recruit customer-focused team members and maintain staffing levels to exceed customer expectations.
• Manage sales goals against budget and prior year through training and local marketing efforts.
• Control costs (food, labor, and other) within budget and implement plans to improve profits; oversee inventory and assets; ensure safety and security standards.
