Job summary

Potomac Family Dining Group (Applebee's Franchisee) seeks a Restaurant Leader to assist the General Manager in driving service standards and overseeing daily restaurant operations. You will manage front and back-of-house teams, ensure safety and sanitation, and deliver a high-quality guest experience across shifts.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in casual dining, strong guest service skills, and the ability to lead teams while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 1–2 years of guest service experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in casual dining.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing Restaurant Environment during scheduled shifts and use discretionary decision making.
• Ensure prompt, friendly service and guest satisfaction per guidelines.
• Oversee Front of House and Back of House operations during shifts.
• Open and close procedures and manage daily/weekly reports.
