Job summary

Potomac Family Dining Group (Applebee's Franchisee) is seeking a hands-on restaurant leader to support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. The role focuses on delivering prompt, friendly service, upholding company standards, and fostering a high-performing team across Front and Back of House during scheduled shifts.

You will drive guest satisfaction, manage inventory and safety programs, and assist in promotions and new menu rollouts while modeling professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of guest service experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred in casual dining.
• Demonstrated progress toward sales growth and Profit & Loss awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing Restaurant Environment during shifts with discretionary management decisions.
• Oversee front and back of house operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Maintain standards of quality and guest experience.
• Develop Team Leads and Team Members for growth within the company.
