Job summary

Potomac Family Dining Group (Applebee's Franchisee) seeks a restaurant supervisor to provide leadership during shifts and uphold company standards. You will help ensure quality service, manage front and back of house operations, and mentor team members to meet sales goals.

The role requires ability to handle guest issues with professionalism, supervise staff, and maintain safety and sanitation. A strong customer-service mindset and flexibility with hours are essential.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 1–2 years of guest service experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in casual dining.
• Ability to manage sales growth and a Profit & Loss statement.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing restaurant operations during shifts.
• Ensure prompt, friendly service and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee team performance and scheduling.
