Career Path and Pay Ranges

• Restaurant Manager: $63,000 to $80,000 (plus bonuses)
• District Manager: $83,000-$113,000 (promotions in 1-2 years)
• Division Manager: $109,000-$138,000 (promotions in 3-5 years)

Company Stock Ownership

• Opportunity to invest via payroll deductions (up to 10%) after 90 days or upon promotion
• Annual Stock Options based on income
