Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Manager to support the effectiveness of our global sales organization. You will help maintain operational excellence across sales workflows, data systems, reporting tools, and cross-functional projects. Collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations, you will drive process consistency, ensure data integrity in Salesforce, and support initiatives to improve visibility and efficiency for our go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities
Sales Process & Systems Support
  • Maintain end-to-end sales workflows to ensure smooth opportunity progression.
  • Identify and resolve blockers, data inconsistencies, or process issues.
  • Conduct routine Salesforce data quality checks and help maintain custom fields and automations.
  • Support light Salesforce configuration and process improvements in collaboration with Salesforce Admins.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline health, sales performance, and deal progress.
  • Monitor key sales metrics to identify trends or gaps.
  • Assist with ad hoc data analysis and KPI tracking using Salesforce and other tools.
Cross-Functional Operations
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and RevOps on deal tracking, opportunity updates, and documentation.
  • Support sales programs, process rollouts, training, and compensation adjustments.
  • Maintain documentation of workflows, systems, and program changes.
Project Management & Communication
  • Coordinate projects, maintain timelines, and track tasks under the Sales Ops Director’s guidance.
  • Organize team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Draft internal communications regarding process or system updates.
  • Prepare enablement content like FAQs, one-pagers, and guides for the sales team.
Minimum Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including reporting, dashboards, and data maintenance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with data analysis in spreadsheets or BI tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities and collaborating across teams.
