Job summary

The Cowlitz Indian Tribe’s ilani venue in Ridgefield, CT seeks an experienced restaurant leader to manage daily operations and support the General Manager in delivering superior guest service.

You will supervise staff, control labor through scheduling, and monitor real-time revenue while ensuring health, safety, and budgeting standards are met within our Spirit of Talìcn and Core Values framework.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Three years of supervisory experience in a high-quality restaurant.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience with Toast/Micros POS systems and MS Office.
• Flexibility for late nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and food.

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service.
• Lead and develop the restaurant team; schedule, train, and coach staff.
• Monitor labor and productivity; manage budgets and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with General Manager and leadership for smooth operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, inventory, and accurate transactions.
• Review timekeeping and maintain confidentiality.
