Job summary

LIME Manager at Lime Fresh Mexican Grill oversees daily restaurant operations, drives sales, manages cost analyses, and leads the team when the GM is unavailable. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and ensuring top customer service, food quality, and compliance with safety standards.

The role emphasizes maintaining strong community relations, vendor coordination, inventory control, and achieving financial and operational goals while delivering a consistent Lime experience.

Qualifications

• Must complete Lime Fresh Mexican Grill Basic Training course and be approved by EverFresh Endeavors, Inc.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s trading area.
• Knowledge of service, food and beverage with at least two years in front-of-the-house operations or leadership positions.
• Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
• Stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and travel up to 4 weeks for training.

Responsibilities

• Interface with guests to ensure a perfect LIME experience.
• Follow policies, procedures, standards, and training programs.
• Ensure high quality food is prepared and served to set standards.
• Achieve objectives in sales, service, quality, facility appearance, and sanitation.
• Train and develop new staff.
• Work with the GM on employment and termination decisions.
• Order and inventory stock and supplies.
• Lead shifts as needed.
• Ensure performance appraisals are completed on time and fairly.
• Administer corrective action per company policies and regulations.
• Comply with health, safety, and labor regulations at all levels.
