Job summary

Lime Fresh Mexican Grill is seeking a LIME Manager to oversee all restaurant operations and lead the team when the General Manager is occupied. Responsibilities include daily sales reviews, cost analyses, staff recruiting, training, scheduling, customer relations, purchasing, inventory, safety, and vendor relations to ensure smooth daily routines and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Complete Lime Fresh Mexican Grill Basic Training course and approval by EverFresh Endeavors, Inc.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to communicate in the predominant language(s) of the trading area.
• 2+ years of front-of-the-house operations and/or leadership.
• Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
• Stand for long periods (up to 8 hours) and lift up to 50 pounds; 50 hours/week.
• Travel for training up to 4 weeks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Interface with guests to ensure a perfect LIME experience.
• Understand and apply all policies, procedures, standards, and training programs.
• Ensure high-quality food and timely service following set standards.
• Help the restaurant reach sales, service, quality, and sanitation goals.
• Train and develop new staff.
• Work with the GM on employment decisions.
• Order and inventory stock and supplies.
• Lead shifts as needed.
• Ensure proper performance appraisals are conducted fairly and on time.
• Enforce company policies and compliant corrective action when needed.
• Comply with health, safety, and labor regulations for restaurant, employees, and guests.
