Qualifications

• Two years of front-of-the-house operations and/or leadership positions.
• Strong math skills and cash handling ability.

Responsibilities

• Interface with guests to ensure a perfect LIME experience.
• Understand policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and training programs.
• Ensure high quality food prepared and served to standards.
• Help the GM achieve sales, service, quality, appearance, and sanitation goals.
• Train and develop new staff.
• Assist with employment decisions with the GM.
• Order and inventory stock and supplies.
• Lead shifts as needed.
• Ensure performance appraisals are completed timely.
• Administer fair corrective action per company policies.
• Comply with health, safety, and labor regulations.
