Job summary

LIME Fresh Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Manager to oversee all restaurant operations and lead the team in the GM's absence. Responsibilities include daily operations, sales reviews, cost analysis, HR functions, customer relations, purchasing, inventory, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum two years front-of-the-house operations and/or leadership positions.
• Knowledge of service, food and beverage operations.
• Ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
• Ability to work standing for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stamina to work 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Interface with guests to ensure a perfect LIME experience.
• Understand and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, and training programs.
• Ensure high-quality food and products are prepared and served to standards.
• Help the GM achieve sales, service, quality, appearance, and sanitation objectives.
• Train and develop new staff.
• Assist with employment decisions with the GM.
• Order and inventory stock and supplies.
• Lead shifts as needed.
• Oversee performance appraisals and ensure timely completion.
• Administer corrective action per company policies.
