Job summary

LIME Manager at Lime Fresh Mexican Grill oversees daily restaurant operations, from sales reviews and cost analysis to hiring, training, and guest relations, ensuring quality service and compliance with health and safety standards.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll lead shifts, manage inventory, and develop team performance while delivering an exceptional guest experience and meeting financial targets. This role includes opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Complete Lime Fresh Mexican Grill Basic Training and be approved by EverFresh Endeavors, Inc.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to communicate in the predominant language(s) of the area.
• Have knowledge of front-of-the-house operations and leadership experience.
• Ability to operate a cash register or POS system.

Responsibilities

• Interface with guests to ensure a perfect Lime experience.
• Understand and apply all policies, procedures, standards, and training programs.
• Ensure high quality food and products are prepared and served to standards.
• Help the GM achieve sales, service, quality, and sanitation objectives.
• Train and develop new staff.
• Lead shifts and supervise staff performance reviews.
