Job summary

LIME Fresh Mexican Grill is seeking a Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the team when the GM is unavailable. You will manage sales reviews, cost analyses, staffing, training, customer relations, purchasing, inventory, and compliance while ensuring excellent service and food quality.

You will also partner with the GM to hire/terminate staff, promote community relations, and meet financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Must complete Lime Basic Training and be approved by Everfresh Endeavors, Inc.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the predominant language of the trading area.
• Experience in front-of-the-house operations or leadership roles (2+ years).
• Strong math skills and ability to operate a POS system.
• Stamina to work 50 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Interface with guests to ensure a perfect LIME experience.
• Understand policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
• Ensure high quality food and products are prepared and served to set standards.
• Achieve sales, service, quality, cleanliness, and sanitation objectives.
• Train and develop new staff.
• Collaborate with the GM on hiring and termination decisions.
• Order and inventory stock and supplies.
• Lead shifts as needed.
• Ensure performance appraisals are completed fairly and on time.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Act as a community and location ambassador.
