You will maintain food safety and cleanliness, manage inventory and costs, coach team members, resolve guest concerns, and partner with leadership to achieve sales and performance goals in a fast-paced, guest‑focused environment.

Role Description

The Restaurant Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Okaloosa/Walton Counties, FL. This role oversees daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training Associates to deliver consistent, high-quality service. The manager is responsible for maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, monitoring inventory, and managing costs to support profitability. Day-to-day tasks include leading shifts, resolving customer concerns, coaching team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The role also involves supporting talent development, fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment, and partnering with leadership to achieve sales and operational goals.

Qualifications (General) - Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
